Search everything
Search item names, notes, container names, colors, and locations from one place.
Your storage, remembered
ToteTally remembers your locations, containers, items, photos, and QR labels—so the thing you need is easy to find when you need it.
The iPhone app is in private testing. There is no public App Store or Google Play download yet.
Saved locally. Ready even when the basement Wi-Fi is not.
Built for real closets, garages, and basements
A simple map from the shelf to the tote to the exact item inside.
Search item names, notes, container names, colors, and locations from one place.
Add optional photos to containers or items when a picture is faster than a description.
Print or share a QR label, then scan it to open the matching container in your inventory.
Make the physical world searchable
Name a location, add its containers, and record what belongs in each one. Tote colors, styles, numbers, and photos help your digital inventory match the shelf in front of you.
Local-first by design
ToteTally has no app account, developer-operated customer database, ads, analytics, or tracking. Your inventory and photos live on your device. Optional personal iCloud sync is handled by Apple through your Apple Account.
A recovery path you control
Export a portable ToteTally backup containing locations, containers, items, identifiers, and available photos. Restore it later on your device instead of relying on a spreadsheet that loses relationships.
Optional personal iCloud sync can keep a private snapshot available across your own Apple devices. The local inventory remains the source of truth, and sharing access with other people is not a launch feature.

Evaluate offline use, physical storage structure, search, photos, privacy, and recovery before trusting an app.
Pack, label, map, and rotate seasonal decorations so next year starts with the right tote instead of a search party.
Why ToteTally has no app account, ads, tracking, or household membership system.
The owner's reasoning for planning one purchase instead of a recurring subscription.
Start with a concrete household item and turn its container, location, label, and next retrieval step into a useful record.
