How to store and inventory children's picture book for books and media

Use this item-specific checklist to connect children's picture book to a named container, physical location, and next retrieval step.

1. Record the item before it disappears

Start with the item name that you would actually search for: children's picture book. Add the details that separate this piece from a similar one rather than writing a vague note such as “miscellaneous.”
